We acquired the significant corner site on Ann and Chester Streets in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley in October 2014. The site is opposite the renowned Emporium Hotel, retail, and residential development in a prominent position as you enter the Brisbane CBD fringe and with easy access to and from Brisbane Airport.
